About me

I am Juan de Dios Iñíguez, ECP counselor and therapist specialized in addictions. For more than 8 years I have been accompanying people in processes of change, and I have more than 11 years of personal recovery without relapses.

My story and my training come together in the same purpose: to show that recovery is possible and that each person has within them the ability to transform their life. I know firsthand what it means to face an addiction and also what it takes to build a new, free and meaningful path.

I offer close and professional support, adapted to each person. I combine my personal experience, my academic training and collaboration with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive support. Through individual and group sessions, practical strategies and a focus on you, my goal is to help you regain your freedom, prevent relapses and discover a different future.
